It is $3.99 per page, back page is additional so make sure to account for that.
In the quantity section, purchase how many pages are needed, during checkout (hit proceed to checkout first to get to the comment section),in the comment section ~ type in the name you want. (Don't forget to count for a back page, it is recommended to help protect the last letter of the name)
